The Zengo word "Hobo Seifuu wo okosu"

The Kakejiku in the photo says "Hobo Seifuu wo okosu".
The meaning is that we can feel new fresh breeze in our mind with walking step by step.
If you will walk or do something with care about environment around you so you can find many things that is important to you.
There is big difference between doing something with thoughtful or not.

The flowers in tougei vase are Sakura(cherry blossom) and Odamaki.
And the flowers in bamboo vase are Tsubaki and Nindou.

Bouquet for Spring

My flower class student was canceled the class so I made a bouquet with flowers that I was ready for my student.
The flowers have cute and nice spring color.
It takes about only 30minutes to make this because I had a lot of fun to make this and I could imagine the finished one easily.
I love to make bouquet very much!!

Ichigo Daifuku

This is my most favorite Japanese sweet, Ichigo Daifuku.

Ichigo Daifku is soft mochi with strawberry and sweet white azuki inside.

It has the other type that is soft mochi with strawberry and sweet red azuki inside, also.

I think white azuki type is better than red azuki type.

Most popular Daifuku is soft mochi with sweet red azuki inside.

And Mame Daifuku is topped Mame(dried daizu) soft mochi with sweet red azuki inside.

Evry kind Daifuku is very good but Ichigo Daiufuku is sprcial for me!!

Sweet-and-sour taste of strawberry and smooth sweet taste of sweet white azuki make an exquisite combination.

Please try this best coupled Japanese sweet!!

The Reconnection

I had the level Ⅲ seminar for being practitoner of Reconnection at Tokyo.

I already have the certificate of Reconnective Healing.

And I wanted to get certificate of the Reconnection(level Ⅲ).

There were many people(almost 400) at the place for seminar.

I was wondering that all these people could get certificate.

And we all had to have the evaluation at the end of seminar.

We were taught on same way but all people did on each own way.

I was afraid but I was worried about that.

But Eric told that the people who can not pass the evaluation have to have mentoring session until they can pass.

In my view, most people could not pass.

I hope I can pass!!

Spring coming soon!!

Form last part of February, we can see many kinds of flower at flower shop.
Yellow, red, pink, white, orange... Many colors tell us spring has come soon.
I like this season!!
The photo is Ikebana art and I aranged Mokuren and Kiku.
Mokuren has big bloom and very sweet smell.
